It seems natural here at Meetx to have a sustainability strategy that permeates our entire organisation. We manage and conserve resources and use renewable natural resources wherever possible in our production and administrative processes. We are committed to protecting the environment, which we do by minimising or eliminating the environmental impact of our business.

Here, we regard it as our duty to ensure that the conferences we organise are, as far as possible, sustainably approved based on the client’s requirements. Consequently, we have adopted three focus areas for our efforts: project management/consultation, venues and marketing.

Meetx aims to promote a more sustainable approach before, during and after events and one of our day-to-day activities is ensuring that all our suppliers, venues, catering providers, etc. deliver sustainable solutions and products.

Meetx endeavours to maintain sufficient expertise to always be able to suggest the most sustainable solutions within areas where our services are in demand. Our clients should feel safe in the knowledge that we are continually developing our services to reflect society’s various sustainability goals and complying with the relevant associated legislation.

Meetx is a meeting consultant and we want to educate and promote greater awareness among our clients about sustainability certification for events. As the heading suggests, we aim to leave no stone unturned. In other words, we want our clients to ask themselves the question: what can I do to make my conference a more sustainable event?
