The 91st ICOLD Annual Meeting hosted by the Swedish National Committee of ICOLD, SwedCOLD between 11-15 June 2023 in Gothenburg.The arrangement is complex with meetings, workshops, short courses and a symposium on the schedule, not to mention the actual General Assembly of the ICOLD which is central for the Annual Meeting. Meetx provided invaluable help with the communication around the event, managing the contacts with all participants, sponsors and exhibitors, which included Meetx providing great service and visa letters for the delegates.

We worked with Meetx to organize the EuCNC and 6G Summit, June 6-9, in Gothenburg, Sweden, with about 900 delegates worldwide. Meetx took care of the registration and delegate management, coordination with the conference venue and hotel, planning and booking the social program, managing patrons and exhibitors, and many more practical issues. The conference was a great success with record number of delegates and very positive feedback about the organization and The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre venue.
Maria Lindbäck was our project manager, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are extremely pleased with the support from Maria and Meetx, which allowed us to focus on the scientific conference program.
