ECOC (the European Conference on Optical Communication) is the largest European conference in the field of optical communication and one of the most respected events of its kind in the world. The 43rd conference with approx. 1,600 participants took place in Gothenburg in 2017.

Svenska nätverket för demenskunskap (the Swedish network for dementia knowledge) works to promote shared knowledge, which is a prerequisite for helping patients and their families in a professional way. It is once more time for the annual dementia conference in Malmö, which this year (2019) is celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Meetx works actively with all our conferences to help organisations arrange events that are as sustainable as possible. WCERE is a world congress that focuses on sustainable development, and we here at Meetx were delighted to be able to put our expertise in organising sustainable conferences at the disposal of the organisation behind it. Although the congress took place on campus and there were challenges with catering for all the delegates, only vegetarian lunches were served during the five-day event, which pleased a great many of those involved.”
