At an early stage, a meeting is held between the scientific committee and the abstract coordinator to discuss the scientific structure, establish a timeline, draft text for the call for abstracts, and create the online submission form. The submission process is then monitored, and all correspondence with authors is managed.
The program committee is provided with reports, statistics, and materials to compile the scientific program.
Meetx notifies all authors regarding the acceptance of their abstracts and provides details about their presentations.
Advanced Abstract System
Meetx uses a well-developed and proven online system for managing the scientific program and providing support to the scientific committee. The committee members receive individual login access, enabling them to easily review and approve each abstract.
