Our project managers bring extensive experience and expertise in organizing scientific meetings. The Meetx team always works collaboratively and closely with our clients to manage complex challenges and develop innovative solutions tailored to each specific conference.
You will be paired with a project manager who serves as your primary contact, driving the project forward, establishing timelines, and managing financial reconciliations. Depending on the scope of the event, the project manager will be supported by one or more coordinators with specialized expertise.
Strong Financial Stability
Meetx is a subsidiary of The Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre Group and is 100% owned by The Swedish Exhibition Foundation. The foundation has been operating since 1918 and maintains strong financial stability.
The Swedish Exhibition Foundation is financially independent, meaning we have no external owners or investors. All financing is based on our own merits, and any surplus is reinvested into the group.

A unique and reliable aspect for you as a client is that Meetx has a dedicated department with extensive experience in ensuring the scientific content of the conference, creating the most impactful program possible.
